How can i reduce the time in the "Full GC-Ergonomics" [Possible issues]

Have some issues about Long GC pauses, with this report i found the Full GC is taking more than 40s and in these moments the users reports a "slow system".

    Hello jgarzon,

    In the report, you can see allocation failure which means there is no space left in the Young GC for new obejcts. To overcome this, increase the Young Generation size and it will reduce the full GC events.
