I am facing Issues with Data Synchronization in YCrash

Hello everyone

I started using YCrash; I hve encountered a problem with data syncing across several devices. I am having issues specifically with data that I enter on one device not instantly affecting the others. Nothing seems to fix the problem, even after I hae tried resetting the program; manually resyncing; and checking my internet connection

I depend on having the most recent information on all of my devices, thus the synchronization delay is really annoying me. I hve seen that I have to re enter several data entries because they appear to be lost throughout the sync process.

Is this a recognized YCrash bug, and has anyone else encountered this problem? If yes, how would one go about troubleshooting or fixing it? Regardless of whether it is a backend problem that needs to be fixed by the YCrash support staff and something I can do on my end, I would appreciate any advice.

I searched the help documents, but I did not find anything that specifically addressed synchronization issues. Kindly inform me if there are any omissions on my part or if there is a configuration that needs to be adjusted correctly., it would be appreciated if someone could provide recommendations for enhancing the synchronization process or troubleshooting it effectively.
